Project Overview
Sierra Premier Property, a new real estate company based in the Sierra Nevada region, needed a clean, modern brand identity to stand out in a competitive market. Their goal was to communicate professionalism, approachability, and a strong sense of place rooted in mountain living.
I was brought on to design a complete visual system — from logo and signage to branded apparel and digital content — that would lay the foundation for the company’s launch and growth.

Challenge
As a new company entering a saturated local market, Sierra Premier Property needed to quickly establish trust and recognition. They wanted a brand that felt premium and polished — but also warm and grounded in local charm. The brand had to work seamlessly across yard signs, social media ads, and physical marketing pieces without losing impact or cohesion.
Solution
I designed a timeless logo mark centered around clean typography and a subtle mountain motif — representing both elevation and stability. From there, I built out a full identity system: directional signage, business cards, branded apparel, and digital ad graphics. The color palette reflects the Sierra landscape — combining earth tones with crisp contrast for strong legibility.
The deliverables were designed for consistency and ease of use, giving the client flexible tools to launch their listings, connect with clients, and grow with confidence.
